Ahmed Nasser Al Nowais is the Founder & CEO of Annex Investments, a pioneering hybrid venture single-family office headquartered in the UAE. A second-generation family office founder and serial entrepreneur, he is a licensed Attorney at Law with a Master of Laws (LLM) from Paris-Panthéon-Assas University. He is a founding board member of the Emirates Angel Investors Association, a member of the Family Business Council Gulf (FBCG), and was named Investor of the Year by Entrepreneur Middle East in 2023. He has keynoted at WEF Davos and is a sought-after thought leader on venture capital and the UAE startup ecosystem.

Mohamed Al Shaikley is a finance and investment professional with over a decade of experience in fund management, corporate finance, and strategic advisory across infrastructure, energy, oil & gas, and real estate. He served as Chief Investment Officer at AMEA Power and previously as Director of Corporate Finance at AlNowais Investments, where he was a founding member of Investbridge Capital, a Dubai-based private equity firm. He holds a JD in Law and an MBA from Chapman University and a BSc in Political Science from the University of California, with executive education in Infrastructure & Project Finance from Harvard University.

A seasoned professional with a strong track record across multifunctional leadership roles in Abu Dhabi. Currently at Arab Development (ARDECO), he brings deep expertise in infrastructure, energy, and corporate operations. He holds a degree from Ryerson University and has represented Arab Development at major international forums including Baker Hughes Annual Meeting and Make it in the Emirates Forum.

Yasmin Almostehy is a senior strategist with over two decades of international experience across strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and ecosystem development. She works closely with institutional investors, family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and government entities to support market entry, strengthen partnerships, and scale businesses across regions, with a focus on the Middle East.

She has held leadership roles across the finance and venture capital ecosystem, advancing industry collaboration, strengthening governance frameworks, and supporting the growth of private capital markets. She has also led high-level initiatives that bring together investors, policymakers, and business leaders to enable collaboration and long-term value creation.

Earlier in her career, she held corporate roles at DHL Express and Zain Group, focusing on sustainability, social impact, and employee engagement across emerging markets. Having worked across four continents, she brings a global perspective grounded in practical experience and cultural fluency.

Yasmin holds a Master's in Project Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor's in International Relations from American University in Cairo.
